My ipod froze and now it doesn't want to work and i've tried everything i could ?

i have tried everything that ppl have suggested and my ipod is like messed up very bad - the top is popping out

Sounds like you need to take it to the Apple store, or contact Apple support.

hold the center button and the menu button at the same time for about 10 sec and it will restart your ipod. if this does not work you might have to take your ipod in.
