  1. it happend to me once, all you have to do is leave it on and wait for it to run out of batery, once it does recharge it and it works fine :]

  2. slide the lock on the top back and forth a few times, and hold down the center button and the menu button at the same time until an apple symbol appears on your ipod screen. if the apple symbol doesnt show up, hold the menu & center buttons again until it does.

  3. Shut It Down Or Something.....?

  4. restore it from itunes

connect it to the sync cable slide the lock on the top back and wait a few times, and hold down the center button and the menu button at the same time until an apple logo appears on your ipod screen. if the apple symbol doesn't show up, keeping hold the menu & center buttons again until it does when it does then go to itunes and restore and you have a clean ipod

  5. hold down the menu and middle button

  6. Hold the middle button and the menu button down at the same time until it switches off. Then switch it on

  7. hold the menu, center, and play button. i think on the website it said to to hold the menu and center button, but it didn't work for me. i had to hold all three. sometimes it'll sound like a computer shutting down suddenly when you press the power button.

when i had this problem, plugging it in didn't unfreeze it. waiting for the battery to die so it would shut off didn't work either.
