My ipod got frozen, what do i do?

I bought this ipod couple of weeks ago. i hav a hundred of songs and i was playing shuffle. when i was trying to play vortex, my ipod got frozen. it says on the top frozen. it also say tis may be the result of a full ipod

when this happened to me i just left it, when the battery ran out it returned back to normal after i charged it

format the disk -plu it in to ur plc and right click the icon in my computer and click format, or you could send it to apple

press the middle and the menu button at the same time. it should un freeze it.

omg i was so scared cuz it didnt work so i called ipod ppl n they helped me n pressing menue button n the center one does work

Go look on the i-pod website. It gives you directions to un-freeze your ipod.

Contact Apple? Or if you send it to them I THINK they will repair it and send it back. I don't know if there's a fee though. Just contact iTunes/Apple.

Press on the middle button and the menu buton.... and hold it.. until it restarts

just push and hold the menu and center button together for about 5-10 seconds and it will de frost

While waiting for a reply on here report the fault to apple either by phone, email or go to a store. That would be your best guess. There won't be much people can do for you. The only thing I can recommend is turning it off then on again see what happens but I presume you've tried that. Hope I helped

wait for it to die and charge it and it should work if that dose not help go to the ipod store

All you can do is wait and relax. Just leave it alone for a while and it will come un frozen.

My friend had the same exact thing happen she is right next to me and we figured out what to do. Hold the menu and the center button for 5-10 seconds or until itestarts.Hope this helps.

call apple. they help for free. tell them the exact problem. and if you still have the warranty you can send it in for a new one. it might cost a little bit. or they can just help you fix it over the phone. they have methods. just try it.

call and give them the serial number on the back of the ipod.
