My ipod has frosen and i can't do anything with it what do i do ??

RESET it then reconnect to itunes (itunes running) and restore ot update it.

press menu and centre button till the screen goes blank then connect to computer once screen lights up.

All you need to do is hold down menu and centre at the same time for about 6 seconds then the Apple logo appears - leave it for a few secs and there you have it - a working IPod again!

What you do is hold down the center button and the "play" button at the same time until you notice a difference.

that happened to mine the day i got it

try holding down both the centre button and the menu button at the same time

this should reset it or something

hopefully all your music will stay on it but it mightn't

You need to do a reset. It depends which model you have as to how to perform a reset. It's easy, see the following link:

Choose the info for the relevant model.

OMG!! That happened to mine too!! It just all of a sudden stop workin and chargin it didnt help at all!

And i payed loads cos itz a 32GB!! GAynss!

Mine's done that a couple of times. I just leave it until the battery drains then charge it back up again, it's been fine both times
