My ipod is making weird noises

i have only have my ipod for a year and lately when im listening to it, it will freeze up when im listening to it. none of the buttons will work and when i put it up to my ear i hear strange clicking noises and eventually even if the battery is full it will go down to empty in 15 min.

what should i do. i already reset my ipod but it didnt help and i dont have any corrupt songs and my computer is working fine. and its not my charger because i have tried charging in my dock. help please!!!

  1. try restoring it in itunes. plug ur ipod into the computer then in the source column in itunes (on the left hand side) select ur ipod and click the summary tab then click restore.


  2. send it back to apple call 1800-800-2775

  3. If you have warranty, send it to apple, or go to the apple store.

    I've been having problems with my ipod, and I have no warranty, but if you have warranty they'll do it for free.

    Try updating iTunes or restarting it, or charging it or using a wall charger, but again, if that doesn't work, call apple (go to apple.com and go on SUPPORT) or take it to the store (find a store near you on apple.com)
