My ipod is working, you can hear the scroller, but it won't play music. it stops at 0.00. thanks in advance!?

it's a ipod nano 4gb ( the small squarish rectangular one)

  1. Restart you iPod (hold center button and menu untill the apple logo appears) It happened to my sister.
