My ipod isnt turing on at all! help!

my 4gb nano isnt turing on, i tryed to resetting it, i put on my dock and plugging it in my computer nothing working = (

Is the Hold on?

Did you restore it?

If you made sure of those, it might just be that the battery is dead. Like, dead dead. But to be sure, you should call Apple support.

Plug it into your computer (again), make sure it reconizes the ipod on itunes, let it charge completely, then press menu and hold menu and the center botton (together for 5-7 sec) until the apple sign comes up and starts your ipod. If nothing comes on (the screen) after charging try to put a new song on your ipod, then charge it, then repeat the process of reseting.

Update 8/9/08:

Ok, try to reset your computer then plug it in. If it still doesn't reconize (at all) You may have a broken part on your ipod. If you hear anything when you shake it, (Rattling or something shifting) its broken.

Another thing you could do is plug your ipod into another computer to see if it reconizes it. If it's reconized on a different computer that means that your computer has something wrong with it. If that's the case erase itunes completely and redownload it to your computer. If your computer doesn't reconize it again, I would take back my ipod to the store (or see an ipod specialist). But just to be sure i would let it sit plugged in for a while so it could get a charge. If it comes on after that reset and do what i listed above.
