Question:

My ipod keeps freezing?

I have a 4gb ipod nano (the new one that plays videos), and lately when I use it it will freeze, and the only way I can get it unfrozen is to turn it off. But then once its off, I cant get it to turn back on! I have to just set it aside for a while and then later it will turn back on. I reset it by holding the middle and top button, and it has been fine since then, but is it going to keep doing this? I take very good care of it, I keep it in a case and I never drop it. And I always eject it from itunes after I finish syncing it and stuff. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there anything I can do to fix it?

  1. You may have to delete everything from it and start fresh.

You know reset it while it is in sync. Sometimes you don't have to drop them- They just break.

I bought a brand new one 160gb at Frys today, I checked it when I got it to the car and it had the apple logo when I turned it on, then it went straight to the Red circle with a slash though it and instructed me to take it to apple for repair. I only had it for about 2 minutes. I took it straight back to Frys for an exchange. They didn't want to exchange it, they wanted me to send it in for repair!! I demanded a different one. They weren't very happy, but they Finally did it.

    Good luck with yours.
