  1. my new one did that to and i tried everything but

it didnt work so like just wait for it to go dead then charge it :)

  2. My ipod does that all the time. If it won't go off leave it alone until the battery runs out and then charge it up and when it's fully charged it will start working right again.

  3. hold down menu and the middle button.

  4. throw it up against a wall and light it on fire. do this while throwing the rest of your money on top of it.

  5. call apple.

    they should help you.

or try pluging it into your computer and download a song on to it,

you can also try to shut it off then turn it back on.

  6. hold down menu and middle button for like 10seconds

and then it should come up with the apple symbol

    umm

then i'm not sure what you push next

but i've had to do it like 5 times this week to mine

  7. Either hook it up to your comp. or yeah do wat that other guy said and press the menu and the center button

  8. hold down menu and middle.or throw it against a wall. ha that should have some affect...on the wall

  9. That happened to me but i just left it like that till battery ran out and it was better

but if not then go to the apple store and ask them there
