  1. If it has been recently bought, you can send it back to Apple to be replaced. If not, a new battery should probably do it.


  2. Sometimes if you download music illegaly it runis your software

  3. most likely, I got my iPod nano the first christmas it came out, and mine only works when Its charging, If you've had yours for along time.. then you probly need to change the battery
