My ipod touch needs help

i have the orblive app and when i try to view webcams or live tv i get this -----> orb failed to play this medium<----- it just started like 5 min's ago and iv had this for like 2 hrs HELP MEEE!....... THANK YOU

Reboot your iPod Touch as a first step. Push and hold the top button until it gives you a red slider to shut off. Slide it, then wait for it to go black. Push the power button again until the Apple logo comes up, then try it again.
