My ipod won't turn off! help?

i've tried turning off my ipod and it won't do it. I've also tried the trick where you hold down menu and the center at the same time. it restarts, but goes right back to the same old problem. what should i do?

try plugging it into a computer and updating it, mine does the same thing every once in a while but the menu-center button thing works all the time. if plugging it in doesnt work take it to a certified repair shop and see if they can do anything with it.

ps if its still under warranty and you cant fix it they will replace it.

just pause it and it will turn off after a few minutes.

jus let it die then charge nd it will be fine
