My iron has mineral deposits in it?

i can see the gunk in the steam holes. is there any way to clean it? it's a rowenta, if it matters. thanks!

Like bluegill said, then use distilled water in it afterwards,

Try using distilled vinegar in it full strength! Run it through two or three times. Run clear water through it a couple of times afterwords!
