My ironman watch wont work...

Question

I cannot figure out on how to get it to work. The battery cannot be dead because I have never used it yet and its only a couple months old. I do not know how to reset it and I am thinking maybe if I take the battery out and put it back in it might help, or maybe the battery is already shot but that seems unlikely because its brand new. Help?
