My irs refund to be mailed out?

the irs told me that my refund would be mailed out on thursday august 21...they said it would take 3 to 4 days to get to me. Will that include Saturdays?

Yes, but remember that they cannot control the US Mail.  Plan on a few days longer and be pleasantly surprised if you get it sooner.
