My itunes deos not work need desperate help!

Itunes says the network is timed out. how can i acess the network settings on a vista computer with a wireless conection

You might have windows firewall running on your Windows, you will need to allow itunes to connect to the internet, by adding exception to do this

Control Panel > Windows Firewall > click on "Allow a program through firewall" then look for iTunes select it if its on the list if not click on Add Program, then look for Itunes or browse to itunes directory and add the itunes.exe file.
