My itunes won't open !?

i have itunes on my desktop + installer but i double click on the icon and it won't open iv'e removed it and reinstalled it on my computer but it still won't open. for sum reason i have 1 song and no vids or photos on my ipod plz help!

Try pushing - Ctrl+Alt+Delete when your task manager opens up click on file then New Task (RUN) and then type "Itunes.exe" :) works for me =D

restart computer

try opening it on start then all programs :)
