My jaw or tooth on the left side of my mouth really hurts!?

Whenever I chew down I get this achy feeling. My mouth also feels like its swelling. Could it be that I have a cavity that hurts when I chew down, or my jaw has some problem. My parents are still asleep, but this really hurts.

It sounds like you have a cavity, the swelling might mean it is an abcess or infection. See you dentist.
