My job and the people i work with.?

I like my job and most of the people i work with, but lately they been hiring mediocre people who dont have a clue about the field we work in and it put people's lives in danger. I myself am in sales but work in the field from time to time because i have the experience, for that's where i started from. Just recently i went commission only with a higher commission minus my salary which allows me to work from home and not be in the field at all, now my company wants me to come back. what should i do???????

I guess it would be better to know what exact fields you are talking about .I mean this is posted in food service basically, but I don't know what they could be doing that is putting lives in danger. Just be a little bit more specific and we could pry help more.

negotiate for what you want out of this.  This is not hard to understand.  What days off and more money.
