I have kickboxing after work and I love the class, but my job is stressful and I feel too tired to move and angry&depressed by the time I get out and this prevents me from performing fully. I can't quit my job yet. I eat very clean and healthy, it's just that my job puts me in a horrible mood and makes me so tired. I've tried taking caffine but it does not help. Are there any natural herbs or supplements I can take to help cheer me up&give me some energy for class?
