My kenmore refrigerator side by side

Question

Hello my Kenmore side by side fridge is working from the refrigerator side but not from the freezer everything is melting from there its still cold but not cold enough to freeze.  The setting is turned all the way up on the freezer. this was manufactured 2002 model number 51252102. Please help me thank you .
