My keyboard's symbolds (!@#$%^&*()) are all locked and i cannot type in any numbers?

ok so my little brother wanted to go on my computer so i let him, and he was on for 5 minutes and started complaining that the number do not wrk. my computer was fine until he went on, but he cannot rember anything that he pushed. also my mouse scroller has become the "back" button in my browser. please tell me if there is a way to reverse what he did.

Best bet is to check out the accessibility options under the control panel.

By default windows allow activation of those features just by holding some keys for say 8 seconds.

Many users inadvertently activated one of those features and got them into keyboard problems.
