Check your keyboard typing settings. You can check it in control panel. Check for the sensitivity / speed parameters. May be it is set to slow for some reason...

you could try a new keyboard if that doesnt help then it is probaly your computer action slowly

1 Run CHKDSK, it restores missing files.

or

2  go to Start>Run and type "sfc /scannow" without the quotes, have your installation OS CD ready on the standbye That'll replace any missing or corrupt system files

I had the same trouble with mine, so I went a bought a new keyboard from PC world, it was only £14 95, I haven't had any trouble with the typing since I use the new one.

There might be a fault in the driver.  Run a system check disk.
