My kids' dad is on parole and i just learned that he has been stealing electricity for two and a half years! ?

We are going to court for custody in two days and he is already playing dirty so i dont know if i should mention this in court or not and if i do how much trouble will he get into?

it's always dirty, and whaaa   don't go there.  try and be his friend for the kids sake.  it's all about the kids not you!  grow up right now.

It all depends on how much trouble you want him to get into. But how can you steal electricity?

Stealing electricity is a victimless crime.  The big energy companies have enough money.  He should be given a medal.
