  2. If your kids are over 21 and qualify to sponsor you which requires they sign an affidavit of support and meet income requirements, then yes they can sponsor you for a green card.

    then yes, then neither of you is entitled to anything.

    Otherwise if you are married to a US citizen, you must go home and apply legally - however long that takes.

  7. Not unless your kids are 21 or older and financially stable.

  8. When they turn 21 and they can prove that they can financially support you, they can apply for you by filing I-130 and you file I-485.
