Ok I have 3 children, only two of them are old enough to eat. I cook breakfast, Lunch, Supper, & a snack everyday. I dont mean no rinky dink food either I actually cook full course meals. Bu tmy kids still seem to be starvin they wanna eat 2nds & 3rds even when I make them big plates. I have cut them from junk food Im scared their gonna be obease. Both are skinny as a rail, but are both gaining weight, How do I get them to eat normally so they wont be unhealthy when they ae older?
