My king snake just ate pinkie size piece of bedding: shredded fluffy paper. Should I worry about impaction??

He mistook the paper for dinner and down it went. How can I tell if it is going to cause problems? I am really worried.

Depending on how often it poops keep an eye on it for 24 hours and see if it passes.  Make sure it's well fed and has plenty of water to help it move down.
