My kitten doesn't stop l*****g?

Question

Someone left 2 baby kittens on my door step about 2 months ago, they were probably 3 weeks old at the time. I nursed them back to health... Adopted one of them out, and I kept the other. The one I kept is about 2 1/2 months old now. Ever since I got him though he's done nothing but l**k me 24/7. There's not one moment I'm around him that he's not l*****g my face or body. I try placing him on the ground away from me and he jumps right back on me to l**k. I can repeat this process 50 times and he still gets on me to l**k. He licks me the entire night I sleep too. I have to get up and lock him out of my bedroom lol... Is there a reason he's doing this?? It's not the occasional l**k. He's CONSTANTLY l*****g.

Maybe he's bored, try distracting him with some treats, toys and a piece string, he'll soon stop it lol... hopefully

He probably sees you as his mommy.

Some cats do it because they think it is cleaning you & other do it for the salt in your body, usually kittens will get over it by 1 or 2 years old

this is normal for kittens so its nothing to worry about,

i have two kittens and one of them has a thing about l*****g teddies.

but they grow out of it once they're older (:
