Question:

My kitten doesnt purr but! he used too... he just dosn't any more is something wrong?

i got my kitty exacly a week ago...the 1st 3 days he purred but he purred less n less on the 1st day all i had 2 do was stroke hid fur 2nd day i had 2 give him a treat n the third day only when he did this lil thing were he pushed down with his paws to like prepare a bed or w/e now not at all is it my falt? i mean on the 1st n 2nd day he used 2 sleep with me (on top of my back) now he dont wanna sleep near me at all :( i dont snore but im restless so i moved alot...has this caused him to not purr?

Cats don't always purr when they are happy - they also purr when they are stressed as it reassures them.  It could be that when you first brought him home he was stressed and that is why he purred a lot (and sought comfort in sleeping with you).  If he is now feeling more settled and more secure in his environment, he doesn't need to purr for comfort or to sleep with you for reassurance.  Don't feel it is anything you have done wrong - I'm sure he is very happy and is just reajusting himself to his new surroundings.  

    The thing he is doing with his paws is a sign of contentment - it is what kittens do when they are with their mothers.
