She is a torbie domestic short hair if that makes any difference. She isn't fat, she has good proportions.

  1. I have 3 cats...one of them is 12 lbs, the other is 11 lbs and the 3rd is just under 8 lbs and they are all around the same age (adults).

Since she's big as a kitten she may be big later in life, or she may grow really fast while young and then hardly any at all later on. I guess it really depends and the only way to find out is to wait. If she has big paws though then it's likely that with good care she'll grow up to be a big cat but the exact weight can't be determined.

  2. My kitten was about 5 or 6 pounds at 8 months and is currently just under 10 pounds at 2 1/2 years.  Mine is also a domestic short hair.

  3. She's a big girl! But if she's not fat I wouldn't worry. Does she have big paws? This is a good way to tell. I f I were to guess I'd say she'll end up over 10lbs but unlikely over 15lbs.
