My kitten keeps asking for food evry 2 hours. What shud i do?

My kitten is about 7 months old and about every 2 hours she starts meowing and asking for food. Sometimes she even uses my leg as a scratching post (ouch). Is it normal for kittens to keep asking for food this frequently?

kittens are small and they eat smaller portions that means they eat more often. SO FEED THEM!!!
