  1. I don't have a cat but it's probably normal. I think you should go to the vet or ask someone that specializes with animals if it keeps going on until they are about nine weeks old.

  2. I think so yes, But if it continues something might be wrong

  3. From what I've been told and witnessed with my 2 kittens is YES it is very normal.  They learn social behaviour this way and how hard to, and not to bite, scratch, etc.  Mine don't bite or scratch me at all now as they wrestle all day!  Unless they are drawing blood or something, they should be just fine....

  4. Yes, perfectly normal.  That is how they learn.  They are learning skills at surviving in the world, and also playing the game of bluff.

My youngest kitten would sometimes act as if she was being killed by the older kitten, as the sounds were pitiful.  But I would notice that within seconds of being released, she was attacking the kitten who was much older than she was, and had just put her in submissive state.  And I have two kittens who are siblings, and they would have a real go-at-it often.  All part of learning, and they are inseparable.

At six weeks, I hope the mother is still around, and they have much to be taught, and she is the best teacher.
