  1. Hungry kittens are cute.

Fat cats are cuter than skinny cats.

  2. He could be eating too much.

  3. He might have worms or its just a potbelly

    or maybe he's just fat

    : )

  4. sounds like your kitten has worms, buy the de-wormers from a vet and not a pet store or supermarkets who sell their own brand, those are no good they don't kill the worms they do lay dormant,my vet told me this 18 yrs ago when my dog was badly infected with them.

  5. It probably has worms

  6. sounds like worms to me. Get a dewormer from your vet, it's inexpensive and your cat will ty!

With what you are describing about it's bowel movements, it's definately worms.

At what age do I worm my kitten?

Kittens 6 to 16 weeks of age should be wormed every three weeks.

From 4 months onward cats and kittens should be wormed every 3 months.

What are the symptoms that my cat or kitten has worms?

    Loss of appetite

The cat's coat is in poor condition

The cat has a pot belly appearance - especially in kittens

The cat or kitten suffers weight loss

    Stunted growth of a kitten

    Diarrhea (sometimes bloody diarrhea)

Vomiting or vomiting up a worm.

Anemia - The cat or kitten has pale gums

Worm segments around the anal area. These segments look like small grains of rice or sesame seeds.

Continual l*****g of the anal area

  7. hes probably just a fatty.

    :]

    I love fat kittys.

  8. he's pregnant!

  9. This can be very serious. A swollen abdomen can be a sign of roundworms, Cushing's Disease, or FIP. Cushing's or FIP can be deadly so I would get him to a vet as soon as you can.

  10. sounds like worms to me. almost every kitten in the world starts out with worms, either they get them before they are born or shortly afterwards during nursing. you need to take your kitten to a vet so they can deworm him, it may take several doses spaced out over a few weeks to completely eradicate them but if you do not have the kit dewormed then it will die. roundworms (the most common in kits) can actually fill up the kit's stomach and can cause a blockage and kill the kit. they can also mass in the throat and suffocate a kit. it is vitally important that you get your kit in to have it dewormed- soon!

  11. your kitten has worms,

, lots of kittens have it when there young

dont worry, just get him some worm medicine :)

  12. he may have worms

  13. He make have a distended stomach or internal problems.  He should have been seen by a vet by now for his check up and shots.  You really should take him to have a check up asap to avoid future problems that could be taken care of now.  Also please get him neutered and microchipped to keep him healthier and live longer.  Microchipping will help him get back to you if he is lost, or stolen (it proves ownership).

  14. I agree with Ellen M above: young kittens are supposed to have big bellies, it takes a lot of energy just to grow at the rate they do so they need plenty to eat.

If he's active and happy I wouldn't worry too much. If his behaviour changes or if he's in pain when you touch him, then take him to see a vet.

  15. Are you sure it's a "him" ???

Sounds like it may be a "her" . . . lol!

  16. did you dig them up in "pet cemetery"?

  17. put him on a diet. fat kitties are cute though :)

  18. as long as he's happy...let him eat...

  19. Well, it could be pregnant. I would suggest going to a vet and asking them for professional help. He could recommend a specific food for your cat so that he can lose some weight. If that is the case.

  20. we took care of newborn kittens, and their stomachs are supposed to be huge. but at 9ish weeks, i'm not sure if thats okay. you might want to take him to the vet if this continues

    hope i helped
