I just got a kitten from the humane society and she has a cold is this medicine going to help her get better:

P.S. the shelter gave it to me she has to take it twice a day every 12 hours :)

She will be fine if you keep her indoors. Feline colds aren't transmittable to you or any other pets, so you don't need to worry about that. She should recover soon. :)
