why does my kittens hair stick up sometimes?

its not always like that, but sometimes its just stickin up like somebody put an electric ball to it?!

it means your kitty is probably scared or threatened, or sometimes uncomfortable. my cat does that when he hisses!

My cats tail does that when hes gotten in a fight..

Its kinda like when Humans hair stand up..

your cat can sense thing like when theres rain coming that will happen or your cat is scared

Does your kitty do that while running, or just randomly??

Cats generally do that when they feel in danger, or threatened.
