My knee hurts badly!!?

my knee started hurting yesterday. i cant really walk on it. what should i do?

You should prob see a doctor, or take tylenol.

It could be dislocated or you banged it. >___>

You should see the doctor and exorcise it more. I had knee problems too. On the second day of school, I  bent down to get a pencil from my backpack then suddenly, my knee gave out on me and I fell down. I was out for two weeks. I recommend you go know before something like that happens.

20 minutes heated

take ibuprofen or some other anti-inflammatory

you should rest it

ice it

keep it bent

take something for the pain

keeping it bent is always a good thing  especially if it hurts to walk

if it continues look into getting some gel insoles for your shoes

they cushion your walk so your knees might not hurt as much
