My knee is hurting soo bad can someone help?

omg my knee is hurting soo bad i was doing a back bend and i accidently twisted my knee so what should i do i used icy hot and bengay and it's not really workin i have way more pain on the side of my knee than actually on it.

ps. i popped my knee last summer so if that helps!!

you should go to your doctor.. you might have torn the ligament on the side that hurts, or you might have torn the cartlige.. good luck
