My knees and feet hurt every morning?

why do my knees and feet hurt every morning?

when ever i wake up and get out of my bed my knees and feet feel weak and its hard for me to walk for about 5 to 10 minutes. and whenever i take a step they hurt.

Go see a Podiatrist.  They specialize in problems with feet.  The pain could be due to many things.  It could be something as simple as the wrong shoes, to something that could require surgery.  Either way, the foot doc will get your feet pain free.

this is called plantar facaitis...a common foot ailment.  Go to a local Good Feet store if you have one and try their arch supports I know they changed my life for the better.  If there's not one in your area go see a podiatrist and ask for orthotics.  P.S.   Dr. Scholls don't work for this.
