well vball has started up again. im doing summer league and we just got done with our first couple games and already my knees are killing mei've had problems with them in the past. i have bad knees to start off and all the jumping and falling doesn't help. also we have a couple inexperienced hitters in the middle so im getting set ALOT.is there anything i can do to take pressure off my knees so they last through the season?
