    3- Have you at least iced the knee?

    4- Do you know how/when the injury occured?

    5- How long has it been?

    You need to look into all those factors before you seek a clear answer.

  3. I did the same thing, dont quit soccer u will only regret it. Um maybe take a game off and let it heal a little, Then go and get a knee brace to hold it in place while you run and do other things, if it doesnt get better go to the hospital and they will take x - rays and if there is nothing broken there might be a torn ligament.

  4. you need to visit a doctor. I'm not sure what s*x you are, but for girls its common to get knee injuries from soccer. Just make sure you stretch before and after any physical activity. Also, you can possibly visit a physical therapist, they will give you a series or exercises that you need to do and that will help strengthen your knees. Ask your parents to see a doctor and figure out what is wrong, also, ask your parents if there is a hereditary knee problem that runs in the family it can be commonly fixed just with a knee brace.
