My knees/shins hurt after intense exercise.

Before puberty, my legs were fine after 2 hours of playing basketball. But now, my legs hurt. I drink soda occasionally and drink a lot of milk. I eat healthy. Can I be experiencing a growth spurt?

  1. Don't drink so much dark soda can lead to urinary defects also use a knee band it helps alot to absorb the shock from a jump


  2. You can't just stop and rest completely after doing a lot of exercise like that. You have to walk around after wards because a certain acid builds up in your muscles and can be painful. They get crampy or something.
