  1. Similar thing happend to my little pw80 .. except now its fully seized and the kickstarter wont even go down half way..

Don't ride your bike again till its fixed, it will only get worse.

It could be the pistons, thats what happend in my pw the pistons blew up and now its bad because their is little metal everywhere in the engine, so take apart your bike and check those out.

  2. at the very least you need a new piston/rings and the cylinder re-plated.   you most likely ****** up the crank and got metal pieces all over the bottom end too

  3. OK well the reason it is siezed up could be a few things , When the piston burns out it will drop the molten metal to th bottom of the motor this could be the cause of your problem..

I would start by taking the right side of the motor apart to see if there is any obstruction around your kick starter

the kick starter is attach to a gear witch spins your fly (ie) piston up and down.

also Check the compression of the top end if it has none it the piston

if it has low compresion it could be the piston also

I replaced mine on my 98 kx 125  and it was not siezed up though

My problem is running to rich and burning a hole in the poiston witch if not addressed would be a disater

Check your oils if you see metal flakes or metal at all you know that you have blown the top end

If the motor got to hot when you were riding it it could hae warped the rings on the piston and cause it to sieze up...

Getting the top end redone can run you from $350 up to $600 just find someone you trust to work on your stuff and at a reasonable rate fair warning dealerships are pricie look for a local shop or small engine repair shop

another way to go is do it your self it's a pain but can be done not only will you fix your problem but then you know your bike inside and out and it helps to have the knowledge to due the work      good luck hope i helped

Don't be scared to pull that case apart all you need is a new gasket and it goes right back together

My guess you had low compression and rode it any way once the friction from the piston and cylinder head got hot they bonded and you turn it off they formed together and no the cylinder is probly scared
