monopoly simply take the poshest area for Mayfair and instate of airports unless you have got four covered by your town take bus stops or something like that and fro water works take  the mall if you have one

What about something along the lines of like trivial pursuit. Find out cool facts about your town and  just tweak trivial pursuit so that it makes sense for your city. If you do it right it could really work.
