  1. It is time to take her to the vet, there are a number of reasons for hair loss.

  2. My duke has that but the skin is darker no fur on the insides of his legs.

  3. Take her to the vet. She could have developed an allergy or have a thyroid condition.

  4. Your vet would be the best person to offer a diagnosis, but the symptoms are among those included in hypothyroidism.

  5. how often do you bathe her?

Sounds like an allergy or skin condition from a possible nonvisible parasite

  6. After time, many animals could develop certain alergies or skin conditions that cause the loss of hair.  Many are treatable, some aren't.  Your best bet would be to take her to her vet.  Usually they give you some sort of bath to give her or a cream.
