My landlord recently reveiled to me that he has checked my bank account.?

I have lived in my house for five months now and I don't think he has any business looking at my account. How should I deal with this, he obviously is sneaky and misused my personal information from rental application. What should I do?

1.  Check your rental agreement carefully.

2.  Shred your bank statements.

3.  Change banks.

4.  Change landlords.

When doing business with someone they are entitled to certain information such as if a check will clear. If your bank gave him specific information you should report this abuse to your bank manager and see what they have to say

talk to your banker. find out your rights. depending on what state you live in, you should report him for violation of privacy.

I would report his azz or rip him a new one.  Don't let him get away with it.
