My landlord sucks.?

ok i need to know the legal steps. My back room had been flooding for weeks only a little but its started to create mold and rot the baseboard. my roof leaks in spots into the utility room and my bathroom floor is leaking. my house is in bad shape and falling apart. i have complained to no avail. i live in ohio so how do i go appart breaking my lease early or get him to fix the problems. thanks to all

i would go to the health department or the local code inspector if they can not help you they can tell you where to go
