My language bar does not appear on my taskbar. How can I make it appear?

I am trying to install Thai unicode into my computer. It has never been a problem for me until just now when I got this new computer. I followed all the steps. I inserted the XP cd while doing this as the computer requested, and I added Thai Kedmanee under the keyboard option. Usually after I hit ok, a language bar would appear on my taskbar but not this time. I re-did the steps several times but still no luck. I went under preferences and language bar and checked everything I needed to check.

Would anyone know how to make my language bar appear?

  1. Okay! I'll go step by step,

    1. Right click the Task-bar, (The bar on the bottom of the screen)

    2. Click on toolbars

    3. Another selection of options will come up,

    4. click on "Language Bar"

                       or

Go to Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages

    Cllick Details

Go to Advanced and uncheck 'Turn off Advanced Text facilities'

    Apply

Then back at Languages panel, click "Language bar" to enable it.

    There you go!

Hope this Helpz! (And hope no one just copy and pastes my answers!)
