My laptop crashed over the summer; everytime I turned it on it would bring up the blue screen that says "begining physical memory dump" and a few times after that it would no longer turn on and i lost everything. I got it fixed for free and reinstalled everything, but today the blue screen came up again. I turned the computer off and now, a few hours later, it seems to be working fine, and I have deleted about 1,200 songs off it. However I want to know how to keep the computer from crashing again. From my online research it seems to be a hardware problem?
