My laptop has a few problems... please help?

ok my laptop pad has a small black smuge.. i don't know how it got there but it started bothering me so i screchted it rly hard a few times.. then i felt something.. my laptop touch pad now had a black smudge and scratches on it.. it's driving me crazy now because not only do i see a black smudge on my laptop pad but i feel something there too..

can anyone help?

You have a scratch on your laptop pad. There's nothing you can really do about it :) You can, however, get the black smudge off with some rubbing alcohol. That will clean it off safely and it dries quick. Hope this helped.

take it to a shop to get it fixed your screen might be broken.
