My laptop is asking to back up files on my CD/DVD....?

but it asks for a disk to back up the files, and i used DVD+R disk,but for some reason its not backing up all of the files, it will start and then eject the disk from the tray.I have no idea why.The sales person that i went too told me that this particular disk will work to back up my files, but its not completing the job.What do u think can be the reason why its not backing up my files fully.Anyone knows the answer pls, feel free to share with me, thanks!

It's probably because the data you want to copy over exceeds the amout the DVD will hold.

Maybe why don't you try those CD-R disks for it, maybe the DVD+R is prolly not the correct disk for your system!
